Farewell

Separation lingers on mind
Like a wounded scar
Time which bound us so long
Now depart us forever.
"Will meet again "is just a belief
For life sometimes separate us
As though,
We have to live in two worlds.

In small circles we live
Where we hold them
As friends or even more
And share hope and desires.
But wicked time demands
To leave in circle
And we leave holding some
And again make circles all around.
This goes on ever and in mean time
We realise separation is also a part
We have to face at times in long run.

School Days

June, it ever chills my heart
When rain falls in withered lands
The odour of wet mud paves me
Years back of school days ever
The busy streets with coloured flask
Books and brown covers reminds me
Still excitements of new beggining
Of school life indeed.

Keenly listening in morning
School hours voice of strikers  outside
And eagerly waiting for the bell ring
Is what I sill remember.

The sleepy hours the dreamy hours
Were all learnt on school hours.
Monday even now is a curseful day
As Friday is a funful day.
All now in a flash of light as become
Just cherishable moments to recollect.

Rose

There was a time
When  at rose  I wondered
With its bright red colour
Then I may be just four.

As the days passed; my mind
Tried to find it in my hand,
But the day came
when I realised
Even plants have life
For these were days
when I learnt science.

It was in youth I saw
There were thorns in between them.
Days when I had to measure
The good and evil in everyone.
As time passes indeed I found
Thousands meaning hidden
Death, eternity and alike
Which every poet in lines described.

But it was the day when
I lost the power to wonder
without inner meanings.
Is it that what makes a child
Different from youth and old ones
Today for a moment I wonder.
